Shipping Policy
We usually deliver your orders for Desi Cow Ghee on the next day of receiving your orders, provided the orders are received before 9 PM on the previous day.
We usually ship your Natural Kitchen orders, within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order.
We have our own Delivery Staff and have partnered with multiple Courier service providers for shipping across Delhi-NCR. Depending on the destination location, it takes between 2 to 4 days for an order to be delivered.
We also accept orders from other locations across India.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Expected Delivery times may be impacted due to operational challenges beyond our control.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days from dispatch (availability varies by location).
- International Shipping: Available on select products; delivery time varies by destination and customs processing.
Shipping charges & free shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹500 within India unless otherwise stated on a product page or during promotional periods.
Tracking
Once your order ships we will provide a tracking number by email. You can use that information to track your shipment on the carrier’s site.
Address accuracy & delivery problems
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Frothella is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Delays and force majeure
Delivery times are estimates. Frothella is not liable for delays due to carrier issues, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or other events outside our control.
